What is healthy food and normal food? We all eat food and we are always advised that we need to have a healthy food. Now the question is what is healthy food and normal food. Many people are actually confused with this question. Yes there is indeed a difference between healthy food and normal food. Healthy food is the one that gives us most of the essential vitamins and other minerals that are necessary for our body. Raw vegetables, milk, grains, eggs, fish, fruits etc or most naturally occurring food are supposed to be the best resources for vitamins and nutrients. Fast food etc are supposed to be normal food that can just fill our tummy but are not good for our health.
